What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Marketing Coordinator Part-Time for 2/3 days per week to support our marketing activities. This flexible role can be on-site or hybrid and involves managing our marketing activities and enhancing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging posts for LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Content Creation:
Develop graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
Assist with writing blog posts, articles, and other website content.
- Event Planning:
Support the coordination and promotion of trade shows, marketing events, and webinars.
- Brand Development:
Collaborate on initiatives to enhance the Viska Systems brand and ensure consistency across all materials.
- General Marketing Support:
Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and identifying trends.
Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Marketing experience with social media platforms is required. Ideally with LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (or similar tools) and Canva.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO or data analytics.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
