Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive Sales Success: Own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. 

  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new market opportunities, forging strong relationships with clients and partners.

What We’re Looking For 

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and has a passion for technology and innovation. 

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets, (ideally in automation, AI, or machine vision industries.) 

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to confidently demonstrate how our solutions address client needs. (A technical background is a bonus but not mandatory.) 

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Self-Motivation: A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team. 

  • Adaptability: A desire to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. 

  • Travel-Ready: A valid Irish driver’s license and a willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to meet clients and attend events. The territory is Ireland

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent work experience will also be considered. 

  • Proven sales experience in technical fields, particularly with machine vision, AI, or robotics solutions is highly desirable.
