We are an innovative AI, machine vision, and robotics company looking for a talented HR Manager (Part-Time) to help drive our team’s expansion. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing business that’s creating lasting impact. You’ll be a key partner in supporting the development of a dynamic, high-performance team, playing a vital role in shaping our company’s future. The role is envisaged as approximately 2-3 days per week, which can be structured flexibly as full or half days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Growth & Talent Acquisition: Partner with the management team to focus on growing the current team, overseeing the full recruitment process—from identifying talent needs and sourcing candidates to managing the interview process, onboarding, and retention.
- Strategic HR Partnership: Support and drive the people agenda in line with business strategy, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and company goals.
- Full HR Life-Cycle Support: Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, employee on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee feedback processes.
- HR Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to streamline and improve HR processes, especially those related to recruitment and talent management.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies that align with company culture and comply with employment laws. Review and benchmark internal and external HR practices to improve existing policies.
- Employee Development: Work closely with management to ensure learning needs are met, fostering an environment of continuous development for both new and existing employees.
- Compensation Benchmarking: Assist in the preparation and analysis of compensation benchmarking to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements of the Role:
- Proven Talent Acquisition Expertise: Strong focus on recruitment and team-building, with a track record of successfully expanding teams in a growing or start-up environment.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, with managerial experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for creating efficient HR processes tailored to business needs.
- Action-oriented, with a focus on results and getting things done.
- Ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted HR partner.
- Experience in recruitment, talent management/development, employee relations, and payroll management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
